BID#1: 40,000 gallons of HFRS-2.
BID#2: 10,000 gallons of MC-70.
Proposals must be on the forms furnished by the Municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.

BUILDING PERMIT PROCESS
Conewango Township falls under the Warren County Planning and Zoning regulations. A zoning permit is required for ALL structures including carports, storage shed (on skids or on a foundation), swimming pools (in-ground and above ground and the decks around them), garages, homes, businesses, etc. in the township that will be located on the property more than thirty (30) days.
