Special Meeting November 21, 2016
The special meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Conewango Township, Warren County, and Warren, Pennsylvania 16365 was held, Monday, November 21, 2016 at the Township building, 4 Fireman Street.
The meeting was called to order at 12:30 P.M. with Edward Seebeck, Vince Duckett and Jeff Zariczny in attendance.
The pledge to the flag was recited.
VISITORS
The following visitors attended: NONE
CORRESPONDENCE
Bollingers Email – re: Application approval from township to move forward.
Warren County Assessment Office – 2016 Warrant Sheet
OLD BUSINESS
The purpose of the special meeting was to work on the 2017 budget and anything else that came before the board.
It was moved by the board to approve the amended Resolution 2016-24 due to a typo on the original. Carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
The township received an email from Bill Gallagher, regarding a request for any upcoming projects the township might have. The board discussed inquiring about a possible traffic cam for the intersection of Rt 62 and Follett Run Road. The board also advised to have Bill Gallagher contact North Warren Municipal Authority.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Board, it was moved by Ed Seebeck and carried unanimously to adjourn the meeting at 4:20 P.M.
